Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting auto bodily injury claims, insurance defense, or personal injury litigation.
• Experience working directly with litigation files and BI exposures.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support BI auto liability claims from pre-suit through litigation.
• Maintain accurate and organized litigation and claims files.
• Track and manage litigation deadlines.

Skills

3+ years of experience in auto bodily injury claims

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Education

Paralegal certificate or degree
