Responsibilities include conducting interviews, pre-litigation investigations, and serving as the main point of contact for claimants.

The ideal candidate will possess an AA Degree and at least a year of experience in Personal Injury or similar legal practices. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• A year or more of experience in Personal Injury, MedMal, or Insurance Defense legal practice.
• Skilled in data entry with various software programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on the retrieval of the claimant’s records.
• Serve as the point of contact for claimants, providing updates on their claims.

A leading provider of legal operational support, specializing in mass tort, single-event, and abuse litigation dockets, is seeking a Claims Investigator to join their team. The role involves managing the litigation lifecycle from intake to settlement processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representatives
• Conduct pre-litigation investigations, review records, draft correspondence, and guide claimants through the pre-litigation process
• Coordinate and follow up on the retrieval of the claimant’s records
• Review medical records and annotate them following established procedures
• Serve as the point of contact for claimants, providing updates on their claims
• Interpret and disseminate information concerning claims and casework to supervisors
• Undertake administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining case notes

Compensation
