Sentry Insurance’s Contact Center Representatives handle First Notice of Loss calls, guiding insureds and claimants through initial claim intake and basic processing. You’ll work with a team to meet performance goals while delivering friendly, accurate service over the phone.

In this hybrid role in Goldsboro, NC, you’ll contribute to claims processing, engage with customers, and support our bilingual needs where possible, with a sign-on bonus and ongoing training through Sentry University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims intake calls for insureds and claimants over the phone.
• Process claims received via internet or mail.
• Meet team phone KPIs and participate in weekly huddles.
• Provide accurate information and resolve routine service issues.
