Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate information on disability, life, and leave claims.
• Collect information to document new submissions, ongoing claims, and other situations; document clearly in the claim system.
• Enter detailed summaries of exchanged information and dispatch acknowledgement correspondence promptly.
• Handle incoming documents with strong coding accuracy and distribution, following standards and targets.
• Demonstrate empathy, maintain professionalism, and meet call center targets.
