You will promptly investigate exposures, collaborate with experts and counsel, and apply appropriate resolution tactics while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy in the claims system.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 1–4+ years of related claims experience; state licensure (WCCA/WCCP) preferred in some branches.

• Manages all aspects of a moderately complex claims inventory.
• Effectively communicates with policyholders, agents, attorneys, and witnesses to gather information and provide high service level.
• Investigates claims to determine exposure and works with experts; makes strategic recommendations.
• Uses mediation, negotiation, denial, litigation, or offers to drive outcomes.
• Ensures data accuracy in claims systems and compliance with regulatory reporting.
