Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a Claims Support Specialist in Greenville, SC. You will serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and fax, addressing questions about claim status and processing, and entering data into the claims management system.

The role is a 2-3 month contract with weekly pay. Requires an Associate’s degree (or commensurate experience), at least two years in customer service, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customers by handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and faxes, addressing questions related to claim status and processing.
• Enter and maintain accurate claim information in the claims management system upon receipt of a first notice of loss.
• Provide administrative support to claims adjusters and management by completing assigned tasks efficiently, accurately, and within established deadlines.
