Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a Claims Coordinator for our Restoration Division. You’ll manage end-to-end claims, aligning customers, field teams, and insurers to ensure smooth workflows and timely resolutions.

In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you’ll organize documentation, monitor deadlines, and maintain excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and support.
• Coordinate field personnel schedules for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance tasks and job deadlines are met.
• Upload and organize job-related photos and documents in real time.
• Gather missing homeowner and insurance information as needed.
• Assist customers with job related questions
• Handle customer concerns, document resolutions, and elevate as necessary.
