ServiceMaster CDR in Ohio is seeking a Claims Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our Restoration Division, managing claims from start to finish and coordinating with customers, field teams, and insurance providers.

This fast-paced, organized role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple tasks on track while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Self motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and support.
• Coordinate field personnel schedules for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance tasks and job deadlines are met.
• Upload and organize job-related photos and documents in real time.
• Gather missing homeowner and insurance information as needed.
• Assist customers with job related questions
• Handle customer concerns, document resolutions, and elevate as necessary.

About the Role
