IICRC seeks an organized Claims Coordinator in Redlands, CA to manage the claims flow from first notice of loss through job completion. You will coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and the OPS team to ensure documentation, estimates, and procedures meet guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience preferred; work experience will be considered.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required: WTR, ASD, OCT, STC.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• 1-3 years of Xactimate experience; proficient with Xactimate 28.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the claims flow: Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and environmental work.
• Manage data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss to job completion in the CRM.
• Review compliance tasks daily and ensure timely completion of all job tasks.
• Monitor and update jobs in the operating system for efficient workflow and cycle times.
• Upload and describe photos and documents in real time; obtain missing data from homeowners and insurers.
• Create and review job estimates to ensure completeness per company standards.
• Document and resolve customer service issues and complaints.
• Maintain knowledge of all cycle times and SLAs for each job and phase.
• Make client care calls and ensure daily communication with customers and adjusters as needed.
• Enter daily notes, coordinate with participants, and escalate to management when required.
• Assist with final estimates or support the Estimator/Project Manager as needed.
