Our Property Claims team seeks experienced professionals to handle complex property claims nationwide remotely.

Salary: The pay range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible employees may also receive annual bonuses and stock incentives based on performance.

Be Ready To

• Investigate and adjust large, complex property claims across the U.S.
• Analyze property coverage forms, including business income and extra expense.
• Resolve coverage and valuation questions.
• Prepare and evaluate estimates.
• Assist in catastrophe situations.
• Engage in proactive claims handling with superior service.
• Recommend timely and adequate reserves for claim payments.
• Prepare detailed reports and statements of loss.
• Support in educating Field Claims on property claims handling.

Qualified candidates have:

• At least five years of property claim handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with coverage forms, policies, and claims procedures.
• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree and insurance designations are preferred.
