You will collaborate with SMEs across GBS to craft repeatable processes, templates, and reference materials while gaining hands-on experience in business

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint; Adobe tools preferred
• Strong written communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear copy
• Ability to create polished client-facing samples, presentations, and reference materials
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and standardization opportunities
• Ability to manage time independently in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in Group Benefits products and how correspondence supports employee experience
