Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of analytics, systems development, and technical writing.
• Experience with the Guidewire platform in insurance.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather comprehensive business and technical requirements to facilitate development, maintenance, and enhancement of technology solutions.
• Perform in-depth analysis of business and system processes, documenting repercussions of process and data changes.
• Document detailed requirements and designs to guide teams in constructing solutions that align with criteria.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to pinpoint requirements and address concerns.
• Contribute to the design of technical solutions and resolve business challenges through systematic analysis and problem-solving approaches.
• Utilize a range of BA techniques and tools to offer valuable insights for informed decision-making, including data management, predictive modeling, data mining, forecasting, simulation, and optimization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
