Job summary

Candidates should have 7+ years in P&C insurance BA roles, strong claims domain knowledge, and experience with carriers/MGAs/TPAs. This role is based in Atlanta with regular cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Deep functional knowledge of Claims systems (FNOL, claims handling, adjudication, reserves, payments, subrogation, etc.).
• Experience working with insurance carriers, MGAs, or TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders, product teams and offshore developers on engagements and discovery.
• Translate insurance processes into technical specifications via BRDs and user stories.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and mockups with UI/UX and development teams.
• Lead sprint demos, product walkthroughs, and support UAT aligned to business goals.
• Serve as SME for PAS/Claims modules and contribute to the product roadmap.
