Job summary

Insure National in the United States is seeking an experienced Claims Attorney to manage complex Professional Liability and Insurance Coverage matters. You will handle claims from assignment through resolution, analyze policy language, and shape litigation strategy.

This role suits attorneys with background in insurance carriers, law firms, MGAs, or claims organizations who can drive claim resolution, negotiate settlements, and partner with insureds and brokers.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage, or related litigation.
• Experience with insurance carriers, law firms, MGA, or claims organizations preferred.
• Strong abilities in analysis, communication, negotiation, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional liability claims and/or insurance coverage matters from assignment through resolution
• Analyze policy language, coverage positions, liability exposure, and litigation strategy
• Evaluate risk and provide recommendations regarding claim handling and resolution
• Draft and review coverage analyses, reservation of rights letters, and related communications
• Partner with insureds, brokers, defense counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate settlements and oversee complex claim resolution efforts
• Monitor litigation activity and provide strategic legal guidance throughout the claims process
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
