Amerisure is hiring a Claims Adjuster Associate to support the GL/Auto claims team. The role handles incoming calls and mail, assists adjusters, and helps process claims accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1 year of experience in insurance, claims, or customer service, and can obtain state licensing. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred and familiarity with claims software is a plus.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in insurance, claims, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with claims management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from policyholders, claimants, injured workers, and other stakeholders regarding claim status and related questions.
• Obtain and verify information to support accurate claim processing.
• Assist with claim documentation by preparing and submitting required filings and administrative support.
• Draft and distribute correspondence to policyholders, claimants, injured workers, or agents.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the management system with up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate external vendors to support the claims process.
• Process payments and invoices per company policies and adjuster direction.
