Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Appraisal Support professional to assist the property and casualty underwriting team in risk assessment. You will conduct preliminary evaluations, gather documentation, and ensure accurate reporting to support senior appraisers and underwriters in decision-making.

Key duties include evaluating property values, collecting market data and comparables, preparing reports, and coordinating with underwriters to incorporate appraisal findings into policy decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business, real estate, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of appraisal support, insurance, or related analytical roles preferred.
• Familiarity with appraisal processes, valuation techniques, and industry practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supports the property and casualty underwriting team by assisting in the assessment and appraisal of risks for insurance purposes. Conducts preliminary evaluations, gathers and organizes relevant documentation, and ensures accurate reporting to support senior appraisers and underwriters in decision‑making.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS

• Appraiser Trainee Permit or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
