RiverStone Management Ltd. is seeking a Claims Analyst to support portfolio management through data analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will provide insights into loss trends and financial performance to inform decisions aligned with Group Claims processes.

Responsibilities include analyzing data for trends, forecasting loss development and reserves, and preparing regular management reports. Collaboration with Claims, Finance, Actuary, IT, and Operations is essential to ensure data

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of experience in insurance, claims analytics, or financial/data analysis.
• Experience with large data sets, reporting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills, including data modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency with Power BI, SQL, SAP, or similar analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of insurance/reinsurance business models; exposure to claims operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data across managed portfolios to identify trends and key loss drivers.
• Support claims forecasting activities, including projections of loss development, reserves, and financial outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain regular management reporting on claims performance and trends.
• Coordinate with Claims, Finance, Actuary, IT, and Operations teams to validate data accuracy across outputs.
• Monitor variances between actuals and forecasts and provide insights for decision-making.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data models for visibility into claims performance.
• Identify and remediate unreconciled data, reporting, and systems-related gaps affecting analytics.
