Job summary

RiverStone Group in Manchester, NH is seeking a Claims Analyst to manage asbestos, pollution, and latent liability claims within historical policies. You will review notices, coordinate with defense counsel and experts, and help drive settlement strategies while maintaining adjuster licenses.

You will bring 3–5 years of claims handling experience and a bachelor's degree, with preferred JD/CPCU/SCLA/CCLA, and you will join a team that values collaboration, growth, and competitive compensation in

• 3–5 years of claims handling experience, litigation experience, or related background.
• Experience with management and evaluation of litigation and claims.
• Experience with coverage analysis preferred, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos, pollution, and/or other claims involving historical insurance policies
• Review lawsuit and/or claim notices and interpret policy coverage
• Coordinate with defense counsel, expert witnesses, and peer insurance carriers
• Evaluate liability and damages
• Drive litigation strategy and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with the Reinsurance team on reporting and recovery efforts
• Support due diligence requests and travel as needed
• Maintain required adjuster licenses
