You will perform rapid initial contact, gather detailed case facts, and coordinate with medical case managers to support early return to work while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned inventory of claim files to conclusion.
• Perform a three-point contact on new losses within 24 hours.
• Gather evidence for compensability, disability, medical and expenses.
• Maintain up-to-date plan of action for indemnity claims.
• Partner with medical case manager to maximize early return to work.
• Initiate referrals to SIU for suspected fraud.
• Review medical bills prior to payment processing.
