Job description

Hiring an experience Claims Adjuster for a fully remote contract role with a well-established insurance provider.

• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Location: Remote (training also remote)

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience handling lost time workers’ compensation claims
• Must have direct experience with Kentucky, Nebraska, and Indiana WC claims
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage medical and indemnity benefits related to injury and occupational disease claims
• Return calls to providers regarding medical updates, billing, and treatment approvals
• Approve bills and complete adjuster-related work tasks
• Participate in weekly team huddles

Additional Info:

• Interview process will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams
• Background and drug screening are required prior to onboarding
