Job Description

The Claims Process Engineer will be part of Chubb’s North America Claims System of Engagement Team and will be responsible for developing and executing process initiatives across Claims. This role involves enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by working closely with product owners to support innovative solutions and process improvements. The role combines claims knowledge, process examination, data analysis, and project management to lead improvement initiatives. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders across Claim Operations, Business Units, and IT to develop technology solutions that support claim best practices and align with business strategies. Support for cross-regional and cross-functional projects is essential, requiring strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. The engineer will identify, define, plan, and implement transformative projects, process enhancements, automation, and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is recommended, but claims experience will be considered.
• Experience in process discovery, analysis, design, or optimization.
• Ability to influence at multiple levels and secure buy-in.
• Learning agility and proactive in seeking new knowledge and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data-driven approaches.
