Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete structured onboarding to Travelers systems and protocols.
• Gain exposure to Personal and Business Insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
• Learn strategies for investigating, negotiating, and resolving claims.
• Develop knowledge of claim facts, damage estimation, applicable coverages, and customer support.
• Observe Claim Professionals through desk work and ride-alongs with experienced employees.
• Work with a designated manager/mentor through core assignments.
• Develop customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Complete challenging and meaningful project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future

• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Suggested college majors include Business Administration, Liberal Arts (with business focus preferred), Business Management, Risk Management and Insurance, or a business-related discipline
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
