Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Operations Assistant in Cincinnati, OH to support a high-performing Corporate Claims team. The role focuses on learning claim processes, handling routine requests, and assisting with financial transactions across one or more lines.
You will work under supervision, building knowledge of form systems, policy analysis, and data management while contributing to team goals and regulatory compliance. Training and mentorship are provided.

Corporate Claims Operations is a claim support shared service in Corporate Claims, a division of Great American Insurance. The P&C claim support team assists in claim intake, set up, assignment, financials, compliance, secure file delivery, and everything in between for more than 20 claim departments and 3 Corporate shared services within the Great American organization. This means we support 150+ Claim Professionals across the entire company. Joining this team will give you a unique view of the company with the ability to network across divisional lines. Because this team is in high demand, we are looking for a candidate who wants to join a High Performing Team to contribute to our development and growth.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 0-5 years of related experience
Performs work under supervision. Demonstrates beginner to intermediate knowledge of forms/systems, policy analysis, claim operations requirements and related management systems.
