MEMIC in Portland, ME is seeking a detail-oriented Claim Assistant to support Claims Adjusters and ensure prompt, professional service for injured workers throughout the claims process.
The role is hybrid, focusing on opening new workers' compensation claims, handling correspondence, forms, invoice processing, and providing responsive support to employers, providers, and teammates. Insurance experience is not required; training is provided.
