Job summary

Bonitz, Inc. seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee the Cladding specialty’s project management, estimators, and warehouse teams from our NC region.

You will drive profitability, optimize processes, and ensure exceptional client service in a high-demand construction environment. The role requires a minimum of five years in managerial roles within commercial construction, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Commercial Construction.
• Cladding or General Construction Project Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational segments (Project Managers, Project Specialists, Estimators, Warehouse).
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations to ensure profitability and strong working environment.
• Monitor operating procedures for cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Direct and develop operational staff; conduct performance reviews and wage discussions when appropriate.
• Maintain safety culture and enforce company safety policies.
• Support sales and operations training to enhance team capabilities.
• Travel 60-70% to fulfill field obligations and client engagements.
