The role requires managing the implementation of multiple projects safely and with high quality. Founded in 1954, Bonitz designs and installs flooring, walls, ceilings, and cladding systems for commercial spaces, with divisions across several states.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience is required; flooring-specific is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.
• Install flooring, drywall, cladding systems.
• Maintain equipment and tools; perform job site cleanup.
• Complete pre-work for installation, including leveling floors or moving furniture as needed.
• Use common hand tools (saws, finish nails, utility knives, etc.).
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
