Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking an experienced CKD Operations Supervisor to oversee daily CKD operations, optimize production flow, and coordinate packaging, logistics, and shipment planning. You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and meet delivery targets.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to CKD performance and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across CKD activities.

Required Education & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or CKD-related operations
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of production processes, material flow, and packaging standards
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education & Experience

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier operations
• Knowledge of CKD packaging standards, export processes, or international logistics
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Supervisory or team-lead experience
