Job summary

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking a dependable Detailer/Delivery Technician to clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors, prepare sold vehicles for delivery, and ensure each vehicle meets Performance standards before it reaches customers.

You will operate vacuums, steamers, buffers, and other detailing equipment, maintain a safe work area, and work closely with the sales and service teams to deliver vehicles on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to safely operate detailing tools and equipment.
• Experience with buffers, polishers, and carpet cleaning equipment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and complete vehicles within expected timeframes.
• Able to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Dependable, organized and work well independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Requirements

What You'll Do as a Detailer/Delivery Technician:

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Wash, vacuum, clean, and condition vehicles using appropriate products and equipment
• Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers
• Inspect vehicles throughout the detailing process and report any damage or concerns
• Safely operate vacuums, steamers, hoses, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners, and other detailing equipment
• Properly use and maintain detailing products, tools, and equipment
• Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time
