Job summary

Aero City Jets in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a highly skilled Citation CJ3(CJ3+) Pilot to join our full-time team.

The role focuses on piloting, mentoring, and training across our SF50 fleet, with emphasis on safety, client service, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must meet ATP/CFI/CFII/MEI/CE525, 5,000 hours, SF Bay relocation, and willingness to work flexible hours; SF50 Type Rating preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid ATP, CFI, CFII, MEI, CE525 Type Rating.
• Total flight time: 5,000 hours; turbine: 2,000; jet: 1,000; CE525: 500; dual given: 1,250.
• Current First or Second Class Medical Certificate.
• Knowledge of aircraft dispatch and basic maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide pilot services as scheduled with preflight planning as PIC.
• Conduct ground instruction, simulator instruction, flight instruction and mentoring for clients.
• Document activity and maintain flight records for regulatory compliance.
• Promote and uphold a culture of safety across all activities.
• Coordinate with instructors and support staff to optimize resources and client satisfaction.
• Ensure client schedules align with flight operations and advancements.
