Job summary

Pilot Assessments in Hawthorne, CA seeks a CJ3 SIC to support the PIC and own the customer-service aspects of each leg. You will conduct walk-around inspections and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service on every mission.

You will lead ground and in-air operations, coordinate passenger services, and uphold company safety culture while meeting FAR 135 requirements and internal standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ATP (unrestricted or restricted) with multi-engine rating required.
• 2,500 hours total time; 500 hours multi-engine.
• Recent Part 135 qualifications per FAR requirements.
• Location within two hours of HHR and commitment to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-flight walk-around inspections.
• Assist the PIC in all phases of flight; ensure safety of passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft.
• Lead customer-service operations for each leg, including pickups/drop-offs and catering.
• Comply with FARs, Operations Manual, SOPs, and company policies.
• Update flight/duty records and report maintenance discrepancies.
• Identify hazards and participate in safety and quality systems.
