Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a full-time Civilian Foundations Development Training and Development Specialist for Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. You will deliver foundational training, update course content, and facilitate online and classroom instruction for civilian workforce development.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in education or related field and at least one year of online instruction experience using Teams or Canvas, plus strong communication skills and learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Leadership, Management, HR, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of online instruction using Teams, Canvas, or similar LMS.
• Experience facilitating group instruction and learner engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational training programs supporting civilian workforce development.
• Update course materials and maintain content across learning platforms and delivery modalities.
• Facilitate online and resident classroom instruction.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate learner progress, and provide feedback.
• Enter, update, and maintain course information in government-approved systems.
• Compile and analyze end-of-course metrics and assist with reporting requirements.
• Participate in ADDIE-based instructional development initiatives.
• Support student engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness activities.
• Maintain compliance with CLDS instructional guidance and quality standards.
