Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver coaching-focused leadership development programs.
Facilitate training sessions related to performance management, coaching, accountability, and employee development.
Provide individual and group coaching support within program requirements.
Conduct virtual and resident instruction using approved LMS and collaboration platforms.
Participate in course design, development, implementation, and evaluation efforts.
Assess learner performance and provide individualized coaching feedback.
Maintain instructional materials and update content based on program requirements.
Support student engagement, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
Compile reports and support continuous program improvement efforts.
