Job summary

Ladders seeks a Civilian Capture Management Leader to drive capture strategy for large-scale civilian federal opportunities in IT and systems engineering.

You will partner with executives, proposal teams, solution architects, and customers to shape winning approaches, manage budgets, and lead expert capture efforts across DOJ, DOT, CBP, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of related experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Proven success in securing large federal prime contracts exceeding $100M, particularly in IT services and systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement vehicles and contract types, including IDIQs and FFP.
• Experience leading capture efforts for large federal programs, especially in the health sector.
• Ability to engage and influence executive leadership in a matrix organization.
• Creative thinking skills to shape federal customer relationships and strategies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

For our client, we are seeking a Civilian Capture Management Leader to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive capture strategy for large-scale civilian federal opportunities, with a strong emphasis on shaping and winning complex IT and systems engineering work.

The leader will partner closely with executive stakeholders, proposal teams, and solution architects to develop differentiated approaches that align to mission needs and procurement requirements.

Success in this position will be measured by disciplined opportunity pursuit, strong customer engagement, and the ability to convert complex requirements into executable winning plans.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,001 – $200,000 annually
