Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Survey CAD Drafter with Civil 3D expertise to support multi-discipline surveying, mapping, and civil design projects in the Florida region. You will contribute to CAD drafting, data gathering, and collaboration with engineers and architects on construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil 3D CAD Drafting, Land Surveying, SUE, utilities, or similar experience.
• Associate degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and revising detailed CAD drawings for construction projects.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction team members to understand project requirements.
• Utilizing CAD software to develop detailed designs and technical schematics.
• Performing land surveying tasks to gather data for civil engineering projects.
• Applying Autodesk Civil 3D to design, draft, and organize all types of civil engineering projects.
• Ensuring all design work meets the standards and specifications set by the project team.
• Conducting quality control checks on drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Managing and maintaining project documentation and records.
• Assisting in the development of design standards and procedures.
• Providing technical support to project teams as needed.

• 10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information.
