Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD drafting, land surveying, and Autodesk Civil 3D. You will be part of a collaborative team, and your expertise will be crucial in the planning and execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and revising detailed CAD drawings for construction projects.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction team members to understand project requirements.
• Utilizing CAD software to develop detailed designs and technical schematics.
• Performing land surveying tasks to gather data for civil engineering projects.
• Applying Autodesk Civil 3D to design, draft, and organize all types of civil engineering projects.
• Ensuring all design work meets the standards and specifications set by the project team.
• Conducting quality‑control checks on drawings and plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Managing and maintaining project documentation and records.
• Assisting in the development of design standards and procedures.
• Providing technical support to project teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CAD Drafting, Land Surveying, and Autodesk Civil 3D.
• An associate's degree or higher in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
• Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and processes.
• Knowledge of civil engineering concepts and land surveying techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information.
