E‑Frontiers is seeking a motivated Technical Proposal Engineer – Civil to join the pre-construction bids team. You will develop earthworks and drainage strategies for tender submissions, collaborating with estimating, engineering, design, planning, and commercial teams.

The role focuses on preparing technically robust responses for major infrastructure projects, with opportunities to advance technical and commercial understanding while supporting energy and infrastructure initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure or construction bids/tenders.
• Familiarity with civil construction earthworks and drainage.
• Experience with NEC contracts, method statements, or schedules.
• Knowledge of BIM, GIS, environmental considerations in civil projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support earthworks and drainage strategies for bids.
• Review bid documents and drawings to craft technical approaches.
• Coordinate with design, planning, estimating, and commercial teams.
• Create technical narratives, calculations, data tables, and documentation for proposals.
• Identify technical risks, risks and opportunities during tender.
• Maintain and organize technical documentation through the bid process.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and timely.
• Contribute to improved proposal methodologies and templates.
