We are currently seeking a Civil Technician with experience in Tower Construction, Antenna and Line Installations, Microwave Installations, and Tower Modifications. We are currently seeking a Civil Technician with experience in Tower Construction, Antenna and Line Installations, Microwave Installations, and Tower Modifications. Successful candidates can look forward to an energetic, family-oriented atmosphere in a prosperous and expanding industry.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

1. Perform physical labor; operate powered and hand tools such as tampers, compressors, generators, saws, pumps, shovels, hammers, wrenches, etc.
2. Operate heavy equipment
3. Assist in loading and unloading equipment onto trailers
4. Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment in accordance with manuals and maintenance requirements
5. Establish and maintain communication and a strong safety culture with team members

1. Willingness to travel and work long hours, including weekends
2. Self-motivated and quick learner
3. Team-oriented

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The physical and environmental conditions include working in adverse weather, lifting objects over 50 lbs, frequent use of tools, and daily travel within the company's geographical area, often for extended periods.

Required Knowledge

• General construction knowledge and equipment operation
• Mechanical inclination
• Electrical/electronics knowledge a plus
• Basic rigging skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT physical; CDL Class A preferred
