Job summary

Elevation Land Solutions is seeking a Land Surveying Intern to participate in the full lifecycle of land development projects. Under guidance from our surveying team, you’ll assist in technical survey tasks, gain field experience, and support project execution from concept through construction.

You will work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and Office tools, and collaborate across Engineering, Construction, and Production divisions to deliver precise surveys and documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be fluent in English and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support survey team with technical tasks and CAD drafting.
• Assist in field tasks using total station, GPS, and drones.
• Produce final surveys including title, boundary, as-built, and topo.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Production divisions.
• Submit accurate timesheets and maintain professional relationships.
