Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced CAD Operator to join our Survey team in Houston, TX. This on-site role focuses on producing detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D, with strong emphasis on boundary analysis and adherence to company standards.

You will coordinate with field crews, prepare legal descriptions, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant CAD/survey experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk or Bentley products.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Aufgaben

• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, and topo surveys
• Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis
• Use field data, sketches, photos and maps to create surveys
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for ROWs and easements
• Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and quality
• Learn and follow Kimley-Horn’s practices and standards
