Kimley-Horn is seeking a Survey Analyst in Riverside to support project managers with survey design tasks. This full-time role emphasizes AutoCAD Civil3D proficiency and accurate mapping of subdivision, ALTA, and topographic surveys in a collaborative, on-site setting.

The candidate should bring strong communication and technical skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D to produce subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey exhibits.
• Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis.
• Use field crew data files, field sketches, photos and reference maps to create surveys.
• Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way, easements, acquisition parcels, etc.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
