Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and survey/layout information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site civil construction activities including earthwork, grading, and utility installations.
• Develop and manage civil construction schedules and budgets.
• Direct, supervise, and coordinate civil subcontractors and workforce.
• Ensure site work complies with project plans and safety regulations.
