Job summary

Summit Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team supporting large-scale infrastructure projects across the United States.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, 5+ years of structural experience, and a PE license is preferred. Join a team solving complex problems and delivering projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
• Strong knowledge of steel and concrete design principles.
• Experience with industrial structures, tanks, infrastructure, or large-scale fabrication projects preferred.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Salary Range: $125,000 – $165,000 annually.
