Civil Designer

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Contract to hire

We are hiring a Civil Designer to support a variety of infrastructure and site development projects. This role involves design, drafting, and documentation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience
• Degree a plus
• Proficient in 3D modeling/designs for civil design (AutoCAD or Civil 3D)
• Strong knowledge of civil design principles and software
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with design site layouts for civil and structural projects
• Develop concrete/steel framing plans (a plus)
• Produce and revise drawings, reports, and construction documents
• Analyze maps, surveys, and data for design planning
• Ensure compliance with design codes and project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers across disciplines
• Maintain accurate and organized project files
