Collaboration with Architects & Engineers: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions.

Code Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and project specifications. You'll also create detailed reports and technical documentation.

Project Involvement from Start to Finish: Be a part of projects from conceptual design through to completion, playing a key role in making visions a reality.

Innovative Problem-Solving: Whether its optimizing materials for sustainability, improving cost efficiency, or addressing unique structural challenges, you'll be at the forefront of engineering innovation.

Deep understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and material behavior.

Familiarity with U.S. building codes (IBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, or others depending on specialty).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
