Pacifico Energy is seeking a Civil/Structural Construction Manager for the Cedar Creek project to oversee earthworks, foundations, and underground services while coordinating with EPC contractors as the owner’s representative.
The role requires 12+ years in civil/structural construction, 5+ years representing the owner, hands-on mass concrete experience, and knowledge of ACI/AISC standards. A BS in civil/structural engineering is required; OSHA 30 is a plus.

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project on a greenfield site. As Civil / Structural Construction Manager you represent the owner for everything the plant is built on: earthworks, foundations, mass concrete, machine foundations, underground services, steel and buildings.
