Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks an experienced I&C Construction Manager to lead instrumentation and control activities for the Cedar Creek project. You will represent the owner on I&C installation across the plant, ensuring commissioning readiness and adherence to project schedule.

Responsibilities include supervising field installs, monitoring control systems, and coordinating with EPC contractors under lump-sum terms. OSHA and safety compliance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in I&C construction on power or process plants.
• 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field experience.
• Working knowledge of ISA standards and hazardous area installation.

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As I&C Construction Manager you represent the owner for instrumentation and controls installation across the plant.

• 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
• Hands-on experience with distributed control systems and turbine control interfaces.
• Working knowledge of ISA standards and hazardous area installation.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent field experience.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 — provided by the project after mobilization if you do not hold it.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
