Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a CM engineer for a new fab project in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead the building construction efforts, ensure CSA compliance with local codes, manage the overall schedule, and coordinate resources and interfaces among contractors.

You will also handle permits, payments, and change orders while maintaining safety, quality, and site documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential; a PE license is a plus. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Familiar with project scheduling software (Microsoft Project) and graphic/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in CSA construction or related field in the U.S.
• Understanding of international building regulations and construction sequencing.

TSMC Arizona’s Building Construction Department responsibilities will encompass code interpretation, project planning and scheduling, resource monitoring and control, interface coordination, as well as oversight on quality, safety, and security.

Job Description

• General responsibility of the CM engineer .

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• B.S. Degree in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture.
• Familiar with project scheduling software (Microsoft Project, etc), graphic software (AutoCAD, etc) and BIM software (Revit, etc) is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in the U.S. in CSA construction or a related field.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience on international building regulations and construction sequence.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with team members and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities are necessary for successfully working under pressure.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus.
• Flexibility to change priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
• Willing to work in a clean room environment.
