Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Civil Structural Construction Management (CM) Engineer for our new fab project in Phoenix. You will ensure CSA design compliance, manage the project schedule, allocate resources, and coordinate interfaces among contractors while overseeing safety, quality, and security on site.

Minimum qualifications include a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture and 3+ years of US CSA experience.

Qualifications

• US work eligibility required.
• B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Eng, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of CSA construction experience in the US.
• Familiar with project scheduling software (MS Project) and BIM tools (Revit).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus.
• Willing to work in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• General responsibility of the CM engineer.
• Ensure CSA design compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Maintain overall project schedule and milestones.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources and construction materials.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction contractors.
• Oversee permits and communications with authorities.
• Manage construction payments and change orders.
• Monitor safety, quality, and security on site.
• Inspect and document construction progress.
• Monitor design progress and identify schedule risks.
