Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Agricultural, or other appropriate engineering major.
  • 10+ years of stormwater and water resources experience.
  • At least 5 years managing a team delivering planning and design for urban stormwater challenges.
  • Minimum 5 years of client service and business development, including positioning, proposals, interviews, and technical presentations.
  • Familiarity with stormwater analysis tools such as HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, ICM, FLO-2D, XPSWMM, ArcGIS, and Civil 3D.
  • Experience selecting and optimizing multi-benefit urban stormwater projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations.
  • Proven team‑building skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to complex technical and project challenges.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
