Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Civil/Structure Design Engineer to plan and supervise civil activities at our site projects in the United States. You will oversee tools, parts, consumables, and manpower planning, and ensure civil systems are well maintained.

You will also inspect mechanical locations, conduct annual performance reviews, and actively implement SHE programs to meet ISO standards and company policies. Fluency in English is preferred and collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge in civil/structural design and related standards.
• Ability to provide consultative advice within Civil/Structure area.
• Builds expert contacts within industry and academia.
• Writes department procedures, presents findings and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise civil activities regarding tools, spare parts, consumables and manpower planning for site establishment and maintenance.
• Maintain and repair civil systems at site/project ensuring proper function and compliance.
• Inspect mechanical locations and equipment; assess performance using test equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct formal annual performance reviews for direct reports and set goals for the future.
• Implement and monitor SHE programs and risk controls, aligning with ISO and company standards.
